June 7, 2009 Camp Tanager doors open for the 2009 session. First on the agenda - a full week of fantastic training for the 2009 camp staff! It takes a lot of preparation and planning to hold camp for 10 weeks. Finding and training the best possible staff is what makes the camp experience so special for the 600+ kids coming through the doors this summer!
This week camp staff will learn a whole host of new games, songs, teambuilding activities, as well as the all important trainings in cpr, first-aid, and lifeguarding.
7 days from now 72 excited campers will enter into a camp world full of fun and laughter, a safe happy environment full of the best trained role models any camp could ask for.
